Appointment Scheduling Limits: Clients are limited to one (1) 55-minute appointment per day, three (3) times per week.

Online Appointments: Because of the COVID-19 crisis, all appointments are now conducted virtually. To help you sucessfully navigate an online appointment, please read the following Help Guide before you schedule.

We've also created videos to help you navigate your appointment.

Need Additional Support? We realize that moving our services online has made it harder for writers to get their questions answered and their needs met. Here are two resources to help you beyond a one-on-one consultation.

Reception Services Via Zoom: If you need assistance scheduling an appointment, have questions about technology, or need to schedule a Cite Right Appointment, you can visit our Zoom Room whenever the WC is open.

Request for Faculty Assistance: If you are a faculty member and have a question, need resources, or would like a presentation for your Moodle class, please fill out the following form. Someone will respond within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

Live Chat with a Writing Consultant: Consultants are available at different times during the day to provide immediate assistance for specific questions that do not require an appointment. To chat with a consultant, click on our Virtual Help Desk. If no one is available to answer your question immediately, leave a message and one of us will respond within 24 hours.
